A flying form has a pair of parallel trusses and bracing extending between and interconnecting the trusses; the trusses each including an upper chord extending longitudinally thereof. A pair of lifting attachments are slidable longitudinally of the upper chord, the lifting attachments each including an upper portion overlying the upper chord, a lower portion underlying the upper chord and an interconnection between the upper and lower portions. The interconnection is adjustable to tighten the upper and lower portions towards one another into gripping engagement with the upper chord and to loosen the upper and lower portions from the upper chord, and a crane hook connector on the upper portion.
