The invention relates to oil and gas production and can be used for lifting a fluid from a well by using a gas power. The inventive flying valve for a free piston comprises a tubular body, a detachable element, which is insertable therein and is embodied in a form of a solid of rotation, and an arrester used for limiting the detachable element travel. The arrester is embodied in the form of a ring, the diameter of which is less than the internal diameter of the tubular body and is arranged coaxially therein. The thickness of the walls of the annular arrester gradually increases in the direction of the detachable element and the top and lower edges thereof are rounded. The arrester can be embodied in one piece with the tubular body and connected thereto by means of one or more connecting straps. Said arrester can be also embodied in the form of a separate part provided with at least two fixing projections. The tubular body is made of a flexible elastic material and the wall thereof is provided with holes matching the shape of the fixing projections of the arrester which are insertable therein.
La présente invention relève du domaine de l'extraction du pétrole et du gaz, et peut servir à remonter un liquide issu d'un puits à l'aide de l'énergie du gaz. Une soupape volante pour pompe à piston plongeur selon l'invention comprend un corps tubulaire, un élément amovible se présentant sous la forme d'un solide de révolution et introduit dans ledit corps, et un dispositif limitant la course de l'élément amovible. Le dispositif de limitation possède une forme annulaire, présente un diamètre inférieur au diamètre interne du corps tubulaire, et est disposé de manière coaxiale à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire. L'épaisseur des parois du dispositif de limitation annulaire augmente à mesure que l'on s'approche de l'élément amovible, et les bords supérieur et inférieur dudit dispositif de limitation annulaire sont arrondis. Le dispositif de limitation peut se présenter sous la forme d'une pièce unique dotée d'un corps tubulaire et d'au moins deux pièces de jonction reliées à ce dernier. Le dispositif de limitation peut également se présenter sous la forme d'une pièce séparée pourvue d'au moins deux saillies de fixation. En outre, le corps tubulaire est constitué d'une matière élastique souple, et des orifices, dont la forme coïncide avec celles des saillies de fixation du dispositif de limitation, sont ménagés dans les parois du corps, les saillies de fixation étant introduites dans les orifices du corps tubulaire.
