Aeromobil is a dynamic flying machine heavier than air which produces necessary aerodynamic force for lift, thrust and control moments in aerodynamic generators. Flying characteristics of Aeromobil are those which make it possible for it to lift and land vertically in its own characteristic way, to soar in big altitude range, to take any direction in space by its vertical axle while soaring, to get to translational motion in any direction from every soaring position, to get into soaring position from every direction of translational motion, to turn around all three space axles simultaneously while soaring (it can be turned around side axle x for 360 degree, around vertical axle z for 360 degrees), and the aircraft can be turned around vertical axle y for 360 degrees in order of horizontal progressive motion whether in motion ahead or back. All flying characteristics are controlled by hydraulic system over Distributor of group change of angle of attack, Distributor of control by direction, altitude and laterally, Distributor of thrust vector, and Distributor of brake vector.
Cet engin aéromobile se présente comme une machine volante dynamique plus lourde que l'air et qui produit, au moyen de génératrices aérodynamiques, les forces aérodynamiques nécessaires aux moments de levée, de poussée et de commande. Les caractéristiques volantes de cet engin aéromobile sont celles lui permettant de se soulever et d'atterrir verticalement de manière propre, afin de planer à une gamme d'altitudes élevées, de prendre n'importe quelle direction dans l'espace par rapport à son axe vertical, tout en planant, de changer de direction pour aller dans n'importe quelle direction à partir de n'importe quelle position planante, de se mettre en position planante à partir de n'importe quelle direction prise, de tourner autour de trois axes spatiaux simultanément tout en planant (l'engin peut tourner de 360 DEG autour de son axe latéral x, de 360 degrés autour de son axe vertical z, et de 360 DEG autour de son axe vertical) permettant un déplacement horizontal progressif, que ce soit lors d'un déplacement avant ou arrière. Toutes les caractéristiques de vol sont commandées par un système hydraulique entraînant un répartiteur de changement de groupe d'angle d'attaque, un répartiteur de commande de la direction, de l'altitude et latéralement, un répartiteur du vecteur poussée et un répartiteur du vecteur frein.
