- 36 - In order to mix air and a liquid at a predetermined mixing ratio to generate foam by a foam dispensing pump provided inside an opening portion of a container containing the liquid, to homogenize bubbles of the foam and to dispense the foam of uniform bubbles through a dispensing hole, a mixing chamber for mixing the liquid and air to generate the foam is provided at a juncture of a liquid flow path and an air flow path from an air cylinder, and the foam is homogenized by a porous sheet-like member provided on the downstream of the mixing chamber, and then dispensed through the dispenser nozzle. A liquid cylinder is provided in extention downwardly from the bottom surface of the air cylinder, so that a slidable portion of an air piston and a slidable portion of a liquid portion, both constituting the piston assembly of the foam dispensing pump, are set at different elevations for reciprocal movement. A third check valve is provided in the air piston so that outer air is introduced into an air chamber defined by the air cylinder and the air piston through a gap around the outer circumferential surface of the air piston. A threadably engaging portion to be engaged with the container is formed on the dispenser nozzle, such that the liquid in the container is held sealingly when the - 37 - dispenser nozzle is threadably engaged with the container.
Pour mélanger de l'air et un liquide dans un rapport prédéterminé dans le but de produire de la mousse au moyen d'une pompe distributrice de mousse placée dans l'ouverture d'un récipient contenant le liquide, homogénéiser les bulles de mousse et distribuer la mousse de bulles uniformes par un orifice distributeur, une chambre de mélange servant à mélanger le liquide et l'air pour produire la mousse est prévue à la rencontre d'un chemin d'écoulement de liquide et d'un chemin d'écoulement d'air provenant d'un réservoir d'air, et la mousse est homogénéisée par un élément poreux genre feuille placé en aval de la chambre de mélange, puis distribuée par l'ajutage distributeur. Un réservoir de liquide s'étend vers le bas à partir du dessous du réservoir d'air, de sorte qu'une partie coulissante d'un piston à air et une partie coulissante d'un piston à liquide, constituant ensemble l'assemblage piston de la pompe distributrice de mousse, sont placées à des niveaux différents pour un mouvement alternatif. Un troisième clapet de retenue est posé dans le piston à air de sorte que l'air ambiant peut entrer dans une chambre à air définie par le réservoir d'air et le piston à air par un joint autour de la surface circonférentielle extérieure du piston à air. Une partie filetée à mettre en prise sur le récipient est formée sur l'ajutage distributeur, de sorte que le liquide dans le récipient est retenu de façon étanche quand l'ajutage distributeur est en prise sur le récipient grâce à sa partie filetée.
