The mattress (1) is made from a block of flexible polyurethane foam (4) with a density of 40 Kg/m3 or any other density, said block being firstly cut with a programmable automatic machine by the main side and then turned at a 900 degree angle by its small side. A certain amount of springs (5) is thereby formed depending on each type of mattress (1). The amount of spirals (5.1) of every spring (5) depends on the position of each spring in the mattress (1) with the purpose of varying the flexibility thereof so that the mattress (1) can perfectly adapt to the contour of every user or so that the flexibility can remain constant throughout the entire mattress. Multiple variations can be realized while the height of the entire mattress remains the same (less spirals having the same spiral thickness and more base and uncut, etc.; the width of a spiral can be changed, as well as the number of spirals, the inclination of the axis of the spiral, the total height of an area -bulge or cavity-, etc. ) The upper surface of the product is covered with a viscous elastic layer (3) of polyurethane with a 50 Kg/m3 density, 4 cm thickness and a threaded padding (2).
L'invention concerne un matelas (1) fabriqué à partir d'un bloc de mousse de polyuréthanne (4) souple de 40 Kg/m?3¿ ou de n'importe quelle autre densité, lequel est découpé par une machine automatique programmable tout d'abord par le côté principal et ensuite par rotation du bloc à 90· par le côté secondaire, formant ainsi un nombre déterminé de ressorts (5) selon chaque type de matelas (1). Le nombre de spires (5.1) que comporte chaque ressort (5) dépend de la position de chacun sur le matelas (1) afin de faire varier la flexibilité de celui-ci et de telle sorte que ledit matelas (1) s'adapte parfaitement au contour de chaque personne ou il peut être constant sur la totalité du matelas. Il est possible de ménager des variations multiples en maintenant la même hauteur dans tout le matelas (moins de spires de la même grosseur de spire avec plus de base sans taille, etc. ; il est possible de faire varier la grosseur d'une spire, le nombre de spires, l'inclinaison de l'axe de la spire, l'inclinaison de la spire, la hauteur totale d'une zone -volume ou cavité- etc.). Le produit peut être complété sur la face supérieure par une couche viscoélastique (3) en polyuréthanne de 50 Kg/m?3¿, de 4 cm d'épaisseur et enfin il porte un capitonnage (2) filé.
