ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A level for adjusting the irradiation direction of a head lamp for a vehicle. A foam tube holder for a level in which a foam tube is incorporated into and held in a housing of a head lamp through adjusting screws, wherein adjusting screw mounting holes are formed on opposite ends in a longitudinal direction of a metal plate, and substantially U-shaped hook portions for holding the foam tube substantially in a longitudinal direction are formed on one side in a longitudinal direction.
