A foamed molding having a fastener comprises a foamed body (41), pile threads (42) each having a leading end protruding from the front side of the first foamed body and a rear end exposed from the back side of the first foamed body, and a foamed body (60) foamed on the back side of the foamed body (41). The pile threads (42) each have an expanded portion (43) for locking at the leading end thereof. A part of stock solution for forming the foamed body (60) is impregnated from the back side of the foamed body (41) to thereby form an impregnated layer (61) between the foamed body (41) and foamed body (60), the impregnated layer (61) functioning to secure the rear ends of the pile threads (42). The foamed molding having a fastener can follow a contraction phenomenon produced in the foaming process of foam resin when an integrated type foamed molding is formed on the back side of the face-like fastener.
L'invention concerne un moulage alvéolaire comportant un fixatif. Ce moulage se compose d'un corps alvéolaire (41), de fils de velours (42) présentant chacun une extrémité de tête dépassant du côté avant du premier corps alvéolaire et une extrémité arrière exposée depuis le côté arrière du premier corps alvéolaire ainsi qu'un corps alvéolaire (60) formé sur le côté arrière du corps alvéolaire (41). Les fils de velours (42) présentent chacun une partie prolongée (43) pour assurer leur blocage au niveau de leur extrémité de tête. Une partie de la solution contrôlée prévue pour former le corps alvéolaire (60) est imprégnée depuis le côté arrière du corps alvéolaire (41) pour former ainsi une couche imprégnée (61) entre les corps alvéolaires (41) et (60), et permettre de fixer les extrémités arrières des fils de velours (42). Le moulage alvéolaire présentant un fixatif peut s'adapter à un phénomène de contraction produit au cours du processus de moussage de la résine alvéolaire lorsqu'un moulage alvéolaire de type intégré est formé sur le côté arrière du fixatif de type surface.
