ABSTRACT An improved foamed hydraulic composition comprising at least one hydraulic substance, from about 20 to about 130 parts water, and from about 0.01-30 parts of a copolymeric foam stabilizer based on 100 parts hydraulic substance, where the copolymsric foam stabilizer is formed from one or more non-ionic, ethylenically-unsaturated monomers and one or more ionic or ionizable ethylenically-unsaturated monomers containing carboxylic acid.
