A foamer nozzle assembly combines a turbulence chamber with a foam enhancer comprising a plurality of spaced ribs defining openings, the ribs having flat surfaces lying perpendicular to the inner wall of the chamber for further generating foam as the foam bubbles impact against such flat surfaces to further mix with the air in the turbulence chamber.
