ABSTRACT A process which involves galvanizing with a gal- vanizing flux consisting essentially of a fluxing material selected from zinc ammonium chloride double salt and a mix- ture of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride and, as a foam- ing agent, sorbitol by dipping a metal article into a molten bath of zinc covered by said flux.
