The present invention relates to a focusing system (100) for focusing an electromagnetic beam for three-dimensional random access applications, the system comprising a first pair of acousto- optic deflectors (10) for focusing an electromagnetic beam in an X-Z plane, and a second pair of acousto-optic deflectors (20) for focusing an electromagnetic beam in a Y-Z plane being substantially perpendicular to the X-Z plane, characterised in that the second pair of acousto-optic deflectors (20) are arranged between the acousto-optic deflectors (12, 12') of the first pair of acousto-optic deflectors (10), such that the first and fourth acousto-optic deflectors (12, 12") of the system belong to the first pair of acousto-optic deflectors (10) and the second and third acousto-optic deflectors (22, 22") of the system belong to the second pair of acousto-optic deflectors (20).
La présente invention concerne un système de focalisation (100) conçu pour focaliser un faisceau électromagnétique destiné à des applications d'accès aléatoire tridimensionnel. Ce système comprend une première paire de déflecteurs acousto-optiques (10) conçue pour focaliser un faisceau électromagnétique selon un plan X-Z, et une seconde paire de déflecteurs acousto-optiques (20) conçue pour focaliser un faisceau électromagnétique selon un plan Y-Z sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan X-Z. Ce système est caractérisé en ce que la seconde paire de déflecteurs acousto-optiques (20) est placée entre les déflecteurs acousto-optiques (12, 12') de la première paire de déflecteurs acousto-optiques (10), de façon, d'une part, que le premier et le quatrième déflecteur acousto-optique (12, 12") du système appartiennent à la première paire de déflecteurs acousto-optiques (10), et d'autre part, que le deuxième et le troisième déflecteur acousto-optique (22, 22") du système appartiennent à la seconde paire de déflecteurs acousto-optiques (20).
