ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An ethylene polymer, especially a linear low density ethylene polymer, is mixed with certain antifog agents to provide a film-forming composition for making packaging films which resist fogging. The antifog agents are (1) an alkoxylated alkyl phenol along with a mixed mono-, di-, and/or triglyceride, (2) a polyoxy- alkylene fatty acid ester, and (3) a combination of (2) and any part of (1). Optionally, a tackifier is added.
