A foldable shelf assembly comprising a shelf member mounted to a frame assembly. The shelf member has first and second lateral sides and slidable fin members mounted to each first and second lateral sides. The frame assembly includes first and second adjacent vertical surfaces for respectively mounting the first and second lateral shelf sides thereto. each first and second vertical surface including guide slots configured and sized to receive and guide said fin members. When the shelf member is mounted to the frame assembly, the shelf member is moveable between upright and displaying positions via its fin members sliding along the guide slots.
