In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a folder device is disclosed. In accordance with the present invention, the folder device has a first leaf member and second leaf member. The first and the second leaf members have an inside and an outside member respectively. The first and the second leaf inside members have one inside pocket member each formed by folding the bottom portions of the first and second leaf members inwardly along pre-cut lines. An outside pocket is formed on the first leaf outside member, the outside pocket sharing the bottom portion of the first leaf inside pocket member. Another embodiment of the present invention may include an outside pocket formed on the second leaf outside member by a die-cut slot.
