ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A folding chair that can be easily converted into a bed comprises spaced arms with three interconnecting cushion support frame assemblies movably positioned there- between to form a seat structure having a chair seat and back when two of the cushions are in a generally upward position and a bed structure when two of the cushion support assemblies are in a horizontal position. Hinges connect the cushion support frame assemblies to one another and a single cushion is movably secured to the cushion support frame assemblies with a guiding track to maintain proper alignment as a portion of the cushion moves relative to the assembly during operation. -2-
