ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A folding chair having a pair of spaced parallel arms with a U-shaped frame secured therebetween, multiple seat cushion assemblies are pivotally secured to one another and the U-shaped frame. A movable support member is positioned within the area defined by the arms and can be moved relative thereto. The cushion assemblies are secured to the movable support member extending the cushion assemblies into horizontal end to end alignment as the support member is moved from between the arms. This invention is distinguishable from others by reason of the arrangement of the U-shaped frame between the arms and the form and attachment of the cushion assemblies thereto. -2-
