Title: FOLDING CHAIR ABSTRACT This invention relates to a folding chair and in particular to a folding chair having generally vertical front legs, inclined rear legs pivotally connected to the front legs at one end and resting on the ground at the other end and a seat secured across the rear legs. A rear frame is also provided having an upper and a lower end, the lower end being pivotally connected to the rear legs. Arms are provided pivotally connected at one end to the front legs and at the other end to the upper end of the rear-frame. A back completes the chair and is pivotally connected to the upper edge of the rear frame. The back includes a foot, the foot being restrained from rotating rearwardly by a stop on the rear legs. The chair is forwardly foldable into a collapsed position upon rotation of the foot of the back forwardly away from the stop.
