FOLDING CHAIR ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Folding chair comprising a first seat frame and a second backrest frame, articulated to supporting leg frames and lateral armrests; each articulated joint device, in correspondence with the rear legs, comprises a cup member secured to the rear ends of the seat frame, and to which said backrest frame is hinged; and a toggle element which, in turn, is pivoted to said cup member and to a rear leg of the chair, said toggle element being provided with a rest portion, which comes to rest against the rear leg. Re- taining means being further provided to prevent the rotation of the toggle element with respect to the cup member, when the chair is open.
