ABSTRACT An improved hinge of the type having two concentric, part circular hinge elements. One hinge element, in cross-section, has a base with a part-circular pi-tle and a part-circular arm concentric about the pintle. A radial web connects the pintle to the arm inwardly of the arm. The second hinge element has a base and second and third part-circular arms extending from one side of the base. The second and third arms curve toward each other with a substantial gap between their free ends. The first and second hinge members slidably interconnect with the pintle within the third arm, the third arm within the first arm, and the first arm within the second arm.
