A folding ironing board comprises a fixing frame, a support frame, a crankshaft assembly, a slide rod assembly, a linking rod assembly and a movable frame. Both vertical sides of the fixing frame are pivoted to one side of the support frame and one end of the crankshaft assembly. One end of the support frame is pivoted to the fixing frame, and the other side of the support frame is pivoted to the other end of the crankshaft assembly. The support frame is provided with a linkage rod pivoting portion, and a lower portion pivoted to the linking rod assembly including two slantways-resisting rods, a linkage rod and a second pressure cylinder. The crank assembly includes a first support rod pivoted to a second support rod pivoted to a first pressure cylinder and a linkage member. The slide rod assembly is pivoted to the movable frame.
