- 11 - Abstract Folding plastic material An apparatus for folding a sheet of plastic material which comprises first and second successive conveyors for transporting the sheet of plastic material, the first conveyor adapted to travel continuously and the second conveyor adapted to rotate about a transverse axis from a position in longitudinal end-to-end relationship with the downstream end of the first conveyor to a substantially inverted position above and separated from the first conveyor to cause the leading part of the plastic material on the second conveyor to be folded onto the rear part of the plastic material on the first conveyor and to enable the folded plastic material to travel to the downstream end of the first conveyor beneath the second conveyor.
