A pontoon usable for supporting a load, said pontoon being towable on land and usable on water to support the load thereunto. The pontoon includes a hinge; a first platform attached to said hinge, said first platform including a first substantially buoyant body extending therefrom; a second platform attached to said hinge so that said first and second platforms are hingedly attached to each other, said second platform including a second substantially buoyant body extending therefrom; a first and a second wheel respectively reversibly attachable to the first and second platforms respectively substantially adjacent the first and second buoyant bodies; the first and second platforms being movable between a deployed configuration and a folded configuration wherein in said folded configuration, the pontoon is usable on water to support the load and in the folded configuration, the pontoon is towable on land.
