It consists of covers attached to a drum with hinged elements, each consisting of two parts with facing ends joined together and opposite ends joined to the covers by folding hinges, and at least one strengthening and interlocking device extending axially inside the drum and providing an elastic connection tending to pull the covers toward each other.
