The invention involves flanges attached to a drum comprised of articulated elements, each of which consists of two parts wsith end pieces that are essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of these parts; one end of each of these parts abuts and is connected to one end of the other part, and the opposite ends are connected to the flanges, by elastic devices.
