A folding structure of underpants, which comprises an underpants-shaped exterior sheet and an absorbent main body bonded to the exterior sheet on the side in contact with skin, and provided with an elastic body attached at least to the periphery of a waist opening and to the peripheries of the leg openings. An inseam portion (5) of the disposable underpants is folded back to an underpants middle portion (7) located above the inseam portion. A left side portion (6) and a right side portion (8) are folded back to the underpants middle portion (7), respectively. An underpants upper portion (9) where both left and right side portion are folded over are folded back to a lower portion (10) located below the upper portion.

La présente invention a trait à une structure pliable de culotte, comportant un feuille extérieure ayant la forme de culotte et un corps principal absorbant relié à la feuille extérieure sur la face en contact avec la peau, et pourvue d'un corps élastique fixé au moins à la périphérie d'une ouverture de la taille et aux périphéries des ouvertures des jambes.
