A folding trailer features a base having a top and a bottom and first and second side rails connected to the base. Front and rear end rails are also connected to the base. First and second sidewalls are pivotally connected to the first and second side rails so as to pivot between upright and folded positions. Front and rear walls are connected to the front and rear end rails and feature tops which are removably attached to the side walls when they are in the upright position. At least one wheel is rotatably connected to the bottom of the base. A tow bar is pivotally connected to the bottom of the base and pivots between a storage position and a towing position.
