The present invention relates to a folding unit house having a first panel (floor panel), pillar frames, and a second panel (roof panel). The pillar frames are foldable on the first panel, and the second panel is positioned on the folded pillar frames when minimizing the size of the unit house. The unit house comprises: a first frame surrounding the first panel, the pillar frames being attached rotatably to the first frame; a second frame surrounding the second panel, the second frame being connectable to the pillar frames; and detachable fastening parts detachably connecting one of the first frame and the pillar frames with the second frame when the first panel, the pillar frames, and the second panel are folded.
