A food or beverage delivery system comprising at least one disposable or recyclable package (10) containing viscous food therein; a dispensing apparatus having a holder (3) for holding the food package (10) and a pressure- displacement device (2) that forces the food out of the package; and a valve; wherein the food package comprises an outlet portion (4) which is part of the package, and wherein the valve is adapted to act in closure on the outlet portion (4) to cut off portions of food coming out of the package without the food contacting the apparatus. The system may deliver frozen confection more hygienically with or without flavourings. The frozen confection may be a layered product with flavouring forming separations, bottoms or toppings. It may also be used to more accurately dose viscous beverage concentrates in a beverage dispenser.
L'invention concerne un système de distribution pour aliments et boissons comprenant au moins un emballage recyclable ou jetable contenant un aliment visqueux ; un appareil distributeur présentant un dispositif de maintien servant à maintenir l'emballage des aliments et un dispositif de déplacement de la pression qui éjecte la nourriture de l'emballage ; et une vanne. Ledit emballage pour aliments comprend une partie sortie faisant partie de l'emballage, la vanne étant conçue de manière à fermer ladite partie sortie, ce qui permet de séparer les portions de nourriture sortant de l'emballage, sans que la nourriture n'entre en contact avec l'appareil. Le système peut distribuer des produits surgelés avec ou sans aromatisants. Lesdits produits surgelés peuvent être des produits en couches comprenant des aromatisants formant des séparations, des fonds ou des nappages. Ledit système peut être également utilisé pour doser de manière plus efficace des concentrés de boissons visqueuses en doses dans un distributeur de boissons.
