ABSTRACT An apparatus for shaping individual articles consisting of particles agglomerated with a binder. The apparatus comprises an endless shaping belt with juxtaposed apertured plates. An endless conveyor belt fastened beneath the shaping belt circulates therewith and forms cells with the apertures in the plates. The cells are filled with particulate product to be shaped. The shaping plates ascend while the pistons of an ejector hold the shaped individual articles on the conveyor belt. The ejector then disengages and the articles are removed from the apparatus without ever having left the belt.
