A food composition comprising a chocolate finger or shell and an optionally fermented dairy filling which, when fermented, contains living lactic acid bacteria and has a water activity (Aw) of 0.75-0.81 as well as a fat content such that a water-in-oil emulsion can be achieved.

La présente invention concerne une composition alimentaire de type comportant un biscuit ou une coque de chocolat et un fourrage à base de produit laitier fermenté ou non, caractérisé en ce que le fourrage, s'il est fermenté, contient des bactéries lactiques vivantes, a une activité dans l'eau (Aw) comprise entre 0,75 et 0,81 et en ce que la teneur en matières grasses du fourrage est telle qu'elle permet d'obtenir une émulsion de type eau dans l'huile.
