A cooking apparatus (20) includes a container (24), a spigot (26), a lid (22), and a food support (28). The container (24) has a bottom surface and a side wall that extends upwardly from the bottom surface to a top edge of the side wall. The spigot (26) is attached to the container side wall and has a valve member that is selectively positionable between opened and closed positions.
