This device uses combination sets of Interchangeable Input, Middle Core, Piston (Spring) and Output Sections (Parts). These Sections provide different operations or functions to dispense / process natural or processed foods, medications, materials or types of energy forms. These and additional Sub-Parts can be assembled or mounted internally and / or externally. The function of Whole or Sub-Parts can be fixed or movable in position relative to one or more other Section Parts. Respective sets significantly reduce food / medication wastage and / or contamination. Energy and time for normal, emergency-rescue signaling, sporting and camping situations are also reduced. Operations can be performed by the person, the pets themselves or by their assistants Eg. Feeding, medicating, comforting, temperature controlling and covering. Many of the food utensil Output Sections along with the Custom Food Storage Syringe Handles are also designed to conform to the ability of the recipitant's mouth and limbs to consume the food cleanly and without spilling the food. Babies need time to be able to adapt from nipple feeding to eating by spoons. Types of Nipple Spoons are feed by Syringes which dispense the food. Syringes can also act as a temperature portion controlled food-storage utensil handle. The focus is not limited to the following: newborns, infants, seniors, disabled or any type of accident or emergency / rescue victims. Output matter forms include semi- solids, solids, liquids and gases. Operations as filing, grinding or crushing determine the size of the particles, portion, volume. Generated energy by friction heat or electrical forms produce different fire or light intensity levels. Some units can provide more than one function while others can also be used either in forward and / or in reverse cooking or emergency situations. Sets reduce food wastage and spillage when used at stationary locations and significantly more when the person or pets are travelling over various smooth / rough medium at steady or accelerating velocities. Eg mud, gravel, paved on roads / rails; waves, currents by ocean / rivers waves; calm or turbulent air travel. Interchangeable parts can be more easily transported, cleaned and stored while some sets provide quick sound or light signaling, fire starting or food heating. The piston's shape and travel can be customized for more functions. Eg camping, rescuing: fishing, fire related, sound or light signaling, cutting, baking, storing.
