FOOD HEATING TECHNIQUE FOR PRODUCING HIGH TEMPERATURE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A food heating technique for producing high temperature by dipping a medium temperature heating pack and a high temperature heating pack in a liquid 60 as to cause chemical reactions in releasing heat for heating food. The medium temperature heating pack includes a solid mixture composed of quicklime, sodium chloride and citric acid, and covered within an outer covering made of a non-woven cloth. The high temperature heating pack includes a solid mixture composed of calcium chloride, quicklime, and citrate, and covered within an outer covering made of a non-woven cloth.
