An implement (10) for supporting foodstuff (18) and allowing food preparation operations to be performed thereon. The implement (10) includes a body having a substantially planar working surface. The working surface includes a main area (12) and at least one substantially coplanar auxiliary area (14). The auxiliary area (14) has at least a protruding portion (16) thereof protruding integrally and outwardly from the main area (12). The auxiliary area (14) has a geometrical configuration distinct from that of the main area (12) so as to facilitate visual identification thereof and visual differentiation thereof from the main area (12). The main and auxiliary areas (12) and (14) are adapted to improve the cognitive ergonomicity of the implement (10) by facilitating the delimitation of distinct coplanar and adjacent working areas for performing corresponding distinct food preparation operations. The implement (10) includes a discharge aperture (28) extending therethrough and a plurality of adaptors connectable thereto for performing various culinary operations.
L'invention concerne un ustensile (10) destiné à supporter un produit alimentaire (18) et permettant d'effectuer des opérations de préparation alimentaire. Ledit ustensile (10) comprend un corps possédant une surface de travail sensiblement planaire. La surface de travail comprend une zone principale (12) et au moins une zone secondaire (14) sensiblement coplanaire. La zone secondaire (14) comprend au moins une partie saillante (16) faisant saillie d'une seule pièce et vers l'extérieur de la zone principale (12). La zone secondaire (14) présente une configuration géométrique distincte de celle de la zone principale (12) afin de faciliter son identification et sa différentiation visuelles par rapport à la zone principale (12). Les zones principale et secondaire (12, 14) sont conçues afin d'améliorer l'ergonomie cognitive de l'ustensile (10) par délimitation facile de zones de travail distinctes, coplanaires et adjacentes permettant d'exécuter des opérations de préparation alimentaire distinctes correspondantes. L'ustensile (10) comprend une ouverture de décharge (28) s'étendant à travers la partie saillante et une pluralité d'adaptateurs pouvant être connectés à l'ustensile afin d'exécuter des opérations culinaires variées.
