Selon l'invention, le dispositif de fermeture automatique (15) comporte une première chambre (38) communiquant avec l'extérieur et renfermant un clapet et une seconde chambre (40) communiquant avec la première chambre et renfermant un bloc de matériau thermo-fusible, ladite seconde chambre communiquant avec l'intérieur de l'emballage par un canal de faible section (41). Pendant la cuisson les gaz peuvent sortir librement de l'emballage et, dès le début du refroidissement, le clapet empêche l'air de pénétrer dans l'emballage tandis que le matériau thermo-fusible se solidifie dans le canal de faible section.
