Herein disclosed is a food-serving utensil comprising; a body having a handle and a food-holding end portion; a scraper for the food-holding end portion of the body; a scraper arm, one end of the arm connecting with the scraper and the other end of the arm connecting with the handle; wherein the scraper arm is moveable with respect to the handle to move the scraper along the food-holding end portion to remove food from the food-holding end portion in use.
