The present invention provides a processed food containing grass plant young leaf powder and powdered green tea that is excellent in enhancing superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Preferably, the processed food further contains water-soluble dietary fibers, oligosaccharide, and lactic bacteria. The food of the present invention is excellent in enhancing SOD activity in the body. Moreover, addition of water-soluble dietary fibers, oligosaccharide, lactic acid bacteria or the like makes it possible to prevent colon and rectum cancer, to improve the intestinal environment, to suppress the absorption of cholesterol, and further to suppress an increase of the blood glucose level after eating, so that the food of the present invention is expected to be effective for dietary therapy for diabetes.

Cette invention se rapporte à des aliments contenant une poudre de feuille de blé jeune et du thé en poudre et possédant un excellent effet de potentialisation de l'activité de la superoxyde-dismutase (SOD).
