A removable sand-bag insole for insertion into slippers that strengthens ankle, leg and foot muscles and massages reflex zones on the sole, said insole consisting of a single-layered sack possessing the general shape of a human foot on its lateral side and straight on its medial side filled with genuine marine sand. The sack being made from stretchy fabric allows the sand to shift under the wearer's foot and provide frequent proprioceptive stimulation to the brain the feedback of which mobilizes ankle, foot and leg muscles to engage in subtle balancing acts which strengthens them and causes the body to burn extra calories. The straight line on the medial side of the insole allows the sand to accumulate under the apex of the mid-foot's cavity and establish a precisely configured arch support that prevents knock knees and sagging arch during the walk. Slightly weighted sand-bag insole provides a shock-absorbing effect and improves blood circulation in the foot.
