This is a FOREHEADBOARD TM to be worn on the rear position of the adjustment band of a cap or headband. The FOREHEADBOARD TM is attached to the rear of a cap or headband's adjustment band by tabs. This allows the wearer to display on a 'board' a design, logo, advertisement or picture of the wearer's choice. The cap or headband will be primarily worn back to front. Streamers may also be attached.
