9 The invention relates to a forged steel linkage for scaffolding elements (6), for use in scaffolding for connecting diagonally positioned scaffolding elements such as, e.g., pipes (5' 5"), or rods. Scaffolding element linkage (6) comprises a shape retaining housing (7) provided with two integrated forged steel seats (7a, 7b), under right angles with respect to each other. Both seats (7a, 7b) have been provided with pivotting pipe linking means (8), as well as key forks (10), for mounting of a key (9). Each valve (8) is provided with a crank pin (9) for quick assembly and disassembly of scaffolding elements (5', 5"). The open state of both movable pipe-linking means (8) with respect to linkage housing (7) is limited to a stopping angle of approximately 110°. This scaffolding element linkage enables temporary support of a horizontal-scaffolding element (5"), in assembly, as well as disassembly, thereof.
