ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a lift truck fork of substantially reduced weight without sacrificing load carrying capacity, the weight reduction being effected by forming at least one of the load or lift arms with a channel-like cross-section extending throughout a substantial portion of the length of such arm, additionally forming the flanges of said channel-like portions with parabola-like edges.
