ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present form assembly has sheet metal, hollow, flanged corner joints which telescopically engage the adjoining ends of elongated sheet metal forms for beams, columns, roof arches and trusses, and the like. After the parts are fitted together metal straps on the elongated forms are bent back to affix them to the corner joints, after which the interconnected corner joints and elongated forms may be filled with concrete.
