The invention relates to a nasally applied, film-shaped, bioadhesive pharmaceutical form of administration containing at least one agent-containing layer that is based on crosslinked hydrophilic polymers comprising up to 60 percent by weight of Lidocaine, the percentage being in relation to the total quantity of crosslinked hydrophilic polymers. Also disclosed is the use thereof for controlling primary headaches, preferably migraine.

L'invention concerne une forme galénique pharmaceutique bioadhésive de type film à application nasale, qui contient au moins une couche de principe actif à base de polymères hydrophiles réticulés comprenant jusqu'à 60 % en poids de lidocaïne par rapport à la quantité totale de polymères hydrophiles réticulés. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de cette forme galénique pour lutter contre les céphalées primaires, de préférence la migraine.
