ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a formable hose comprising a polymeric tube with a polymeric cover surrounding the tube, helical wire and twined reinforcement within said hose, and with a reformable wire means em- bedded in a thicker portion of the hose cover such that said reformable wire means is oriented longitudinally of the hose, and wherein said formable hose provides serpentine shape retentivity and is resistant against collapse.
