A B S T R A C T The present invention relates to formamidine sulphided or disulphided and thiocarbamoyl-guanidines endowed with herbicide activity. The thiocarbamoyl-quanidines are prepared from formamidine sulphides or disulphides. The process for their preparation, and their use as herbi- cides are disclosed too. The herbicides compounds of the present invention are particularly useful against monocoty- ledona, dicotyledons and against infesting weeds.
