A method of molding a resin foamed item capable of remarkably increasing workability for mold release since the resin foamed item such as a seat pad can be released from a molding die by sliding along the internal surface of the molding die and the molding die for the method. In the molding die, locking projections (20) and (30) and a pocket part (40) are installed on the internal surface of the core (3) of the molding die, the face (10a) of an integral molding member (10) is opposed to the core (3), overlapped with the surface of the core (3) so that the projections (20) and (30) come into large hole parts (12) and (12), and slid to lead the projections (20) and (30) into narrow width parts (13) and wide width parts (14) to hold the integral molding member (10) on the core (3). The end part of the integral molding member (10) is fitted to the pocket part (40). In mold-releasing, the resin foamed item is slid in the direction reverse to the sliding direction.

L'invention concerne un procédé de moulage d'un article en mousse à base de résine permettant d'améliorer l'ouvrabilité de manière remarquable pour le démoulage, l'article en mousse à base de résine, de type coussin de siège, pouvant être démoulé d'une matrice de moulage par glissement le long de la surface intérieure de cette dernière; ainsi que la matrice de moulage utilisée dans ce procédé. Dans cette matrice de moulage, des saillies de verrouillage (20, 30) et une partie poche (40) sont disposées sur la surface intérieure de la partie centrale (3) de ladite matrice de moulage; la face (10a) d'un élément de moulage solidaire (10) est opposée à la partie centrale (3), est en chevauchement par rapport à la surface de cette dernière de façon que les saillies (20, 30) se placent dans de grands orifices (12), et glissent de manière à amener lesdites saillies (20, 30) à occuper des parties étroites (13) et larges (14) afin que ledit élément de moulage solidaire (10) soit tenu sur ladite partie centrale (3). La partie d'extrémité de l'élément de moulage solidaire (10) est placée dans la partie poche (40). Lors du démoulage, l'article en mousse à base de résine glisse dans le sens inverse au sens de glissement.
