A B S T R A C T FORMING A COATING ON A BOREHOLE WALL A coating is formed on the wall of a borehole by injecting a fluid containing coating forming components through a conduit to a location close to the borehole bottom whereupon the coating forming components are plastered to the borehole wall as a continuous coating. In accordance with the invention the conduit is formed by a drilling assembly which drills the hole simultaneously or alternately with placing the coating.
