The invention concerns a forming equipment for polymerisation of shaped parts (P) in composite material, comprising a mould (10) made up of several unconnected elements (14, 16), a flexible and sealed bladder (24) capable of pressing a part blank against the walls of a cavity (12) formed in the mould (10), and members (36) such as flexible walls or sealed bladders, capable of maintaining the elements (14, 16) of the mould (10) pressed against one another, thereby enabling to produce a part (P) whereof the outer surfaces are free of geometric or dimensional defects.
Un outillage de mise en forme, pour la polymérisation de pièces profilées (P) en matériau composite, comprend un moule (10) formé de plusieurs éléments (14,16) non liés entre eux, une vessie souple et étanche (24) apte à presser une ébauche de pièce contre les parois d'une cavité (12) formée dans le moule (10), et des organes (36) tels que des parois souples ou des vessies étanches, aptes à maintenir les éléments (14,16) du moule (10) en appui les uns contre les autres. On réalise ainsi une pièce (P) dont les surfaces extérieures sont exemptes de défauts géométriques et dimensionnels.
