Disclosed is a solid formulation with a matrix having at least one active ingredients homogeneously dispersed in the matrix, which is obtained by melting a powder mixture, wherein the powder mixture contains at least one thermoplastic binding agent and a combination of highly dispersed silicic acid and an inorganic pigment. The combined use of highly dispersed silicic acid and inorganic pigment provides a better flow performance of the powder mixture, causes a more rapid release of active ingredients from the formulation thus obtained and gives these formulations an optically attractive appearance. Disclosed is also a method for the production of the inventive formulation.
Forme galénique solide qui comporte une matrice contenant au moins un principe actif dispersé de manière homogène dans la matrice et pouvant être obtenue en faisant fondre un mélange pulvérulent. Ledit mélange pulvérulent contient au moins un liant thermoplastique et une combinaison constituée d'un acide silicique fortement dispersé et d'au moins un pigment inorganique. L'utilisation concomitante de l'acide silicique hautement dispersé et du pigment inorganique apporte une meilleure aptitude à l'écoulement du mélange pulvérulent, provoque une accélération de la libération du principe actif des formes galéniques obtenues et confère à ces formes galéniques une apparence optiquement attrayante. Un procédé de production d'une forme galénique est également décrite.
