Enteric compositions comprising one or more tight junction agonists and/or one or more tight junction antagonists are provided. Compositions of the invention may comprise a delayed-release coating disposed over a tight junction agonist and/or tight junction antagonist layer which may be disposed over an inert core. Delayed-release coatings may be substantially stable in gastric fluid and substantially unstable in intestinal fluid, thus providing for substantial release of the tight junction agonist and/or antagonist from the composition in the duodenum or jejunum of the small intestine.

Cette invention concerne des compositions entériques comprenant un ou plusieurs agonistes à jonctions serrées et/ou un ou plusieurs antagonistes à jonctions serrées. Les compositions décrites dans cette invention peuvent comprendre un enrobage à action différée recouvrant une couche d'agonistes à jonctions serrées et/ou d'antagoniste à jonctions serrées laquelle peut être déposée par dessus un noyau inerte. Les enrobages à action différée peuvent être essentiellement stables dans le fluide gastrique et essentiellement instables dans le fluide intestinal, ce qui permet une libération substantielle de l'agoniste à jonctions serrées et/ou de l'agoniste à jonctions serrées depuis la composition dans le duodénum ou le jéjunum de l'intestin grêle.
